What is Abode Health?
We're an in-home, cash-pay healthcare platform. Licensed clinicians travel to a patient's home to deliver care instead of the patient coming to a clinic.
What does joining the network get me?
Early access. Signing up puts you on our provider list, and we'll reach out directly with details on your service area and getting started.
What would I be doing on a visit?
In-home dry eye care covers evaluation and in-office-equivalent treatment for dry eye and meibomian gland dysfunction, delivered at the patient's home instead of a clinic.
Which areas are you in?
We're currently focused on the New York metro area. Sign up even if you're outside it — we'll reach out as we expand.
