Terms of Service

Effective October 6, 2026

Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of abodehealth.com and any services offered by Abode Health, Inc. ("Abode Health," "we," "us"). By using our site or services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

What we offer

Abode Health connects patients with independently licensed clinicians who deliver in-home, cash-pay medical care. We don't provide medical care ourselves — care is provided by the licensed clinicians you're matched with, who are responsible for their own clinical judgment. Some pages on this site describe services we're evaluating demand for and are not yet available to book.

Not for emergencies

Abode Health is not an emergency service. If you're experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide us and for keeping any account credentials secure.

Cash pay, no insurance

Abode Health services are cash pay — we don't bill insurance, and we don't guarantee insurance reimbursement. Pricing for any service will be shown before you book or pay for it.

Providers

Clinicians on our platform are independent licensed professionals, responsible for maintaining their own licensure, credentials, and malpractice coverage as required by law. Abode Health doesn't practice medicine and isn't a party to the clinical relationship between you and your provider.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to submit false information, interfere with the site's operation, or attempt to access data or accounts that aren't yours.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abode Health isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as our services change. We'll update the effective date above when we do.
